Kehrer Group Compensation Survey of Directors of Investment Services in Financial Institutions
In 2017 Kehrer Group and its predecessor incarnation published the findings of a survey of the compensation of the executives who manage investment services in financial institutions. In response to many requests, we are refreshing this study.
The survey will obtain information on the 2023 actual compensation of investment services directors, as well as their written compensation plans.
The study will describe how compensation is calculated, including such factors as revenue, profitability or expense control, advisor recruitment and retention, compliance, net promoter scores, etc.
