2024-2025 Advisor Force Compensation Study (November 2025)

For each role, the participants provided compensation and production totals (where applicable), the compensation plan document and/or a description of the compensation plan, as well as other relevant details about the scope and structure of the role.

For each role covered, the Advisor Force Compensation Study reports:

  • Market intelligence on how the role is compensated in banks and credit unions today, including grid payouts and incentives.
  • Compensation benchmarks, including base salaries and incentive/bonus compensation where applicable.
  • Analysis of the key drivers of compensation and the relevant decision points around compensation plan design.
