The community Kehrer Group serves is a dynamic one. From the nascent annuity-focused shops that sprang up in financial institutions in the 1980s, to the blossoming of banks and credit unions into retail stores for investment services in the 1990s, to the transition from a primarily transactions-based business model to one focused on generating fees from advisory accounts, to the repositioning of advisors as wealth managers, the business has changed a lot since we first started studying it.
